This 4 week course will be facilitated by Claudia van Zuiden, Hatha Yoga and 5 Tibetan Yoga teacher. Please wear warm, loose clothing and bring a blanket. This is a very small group so booking is essential.
Price: £ 25 for 4 weeks.

Wo'Moon Crircle of One Gathering
Date: Friday 2nd October 2009
Venue: Holly Cottage,Lumphanan, Aberdeenshire
Time: 7.30-9-30 pm
 
Preparing for Winter. What have we harvested in qualities for ourselves and what would we like to share with others? This is a time to reflect on the summer and to harvest and celebrate the richness within ourselves. We will also connect with qualities that no longer benefit us and wish to shed like the autumn leaves on the trees. This will give us a 'lighter' feeling within so we can walk more flexible and be less 'heavy' in mood and energy.We will share our stories, reflect and meditate on how to digest the experiences of this summer. We will have celebration afterwards and please bring some food to share for this joyful event.
Teas and coffees provided.
 
We ask for a donation of £10 for this event, if this is not possible, please contact us as we can always do an energy exchange.
This gathering is to promote Women coming 'together' as we will be supporting each other in our journeys, to become more compassionate to ourselves and others and to create a space for reflection, meditation, creation and celebration.
Please bring any instruments, we have a few drums, rattles etc. for you to use if you don't have any yourself.
Please wear warm clothes and bring a blanket with you.

'Dream Creation Catcher' Workshops with Doreen Allan
Date: Saturday 3rd October 2009
Time: 10 am-4.30 pm
Venue: Holly Cottage, Lumphanan, Aberdeenshire
 
Doreen will facilitate this transformational workshop where you will be guided to make your own dreamcatcher. She will support you in your transition and connection with your dreams.
All materials will be provided,from the beautiful white deerskin to the crystal bears.
 
Price: £30 per person, this includes all materials.

'Sound and Song for Confidence and Self Development' Workshop
Date: Saturday 10th October 2009
Venue: Holly Cottage, Lumphanan, Aberdeenshire
Time: 10 am-4.30 pm
 
We will connect with our Inner Voice through singing songs, chants and sound. You will be guided in your Self journey to become more confident, creative and intimate with your own sound andvoice. No previous experience in singing required. You will be meditating on how to connect with the deeper levels of emotions and learn tools to experience a release of limitations of expressions. You will learn how to become free in expressing your voice and to connect from the heart to yourself and others. This Tranfromational workshop in to help you to become more joyful and empowered within. We will be crossing bridges with each other through the medium of sound and song, in a gentle and supportive way. You will have time to reflect on your transformation. In this workshop you will be encouraged to express and find the voice from your heart, in a supportive, meditative and playful way. This workshop assists you in your path of Self development by learning techniques to improve communication and to become more confident in expressing your creativity. We will connect on a deeper level with other participants of the group which will improve our connection with the outer world. 
 
This workshop will be facilitated by Claudia van Zuiden. Claudia has supported many others to find their own inner voice, or as she calls it 'Inner Melody' for the last 10 years. She has recently released a CD, with the band SAGE, which has the intention to encourage others to sing from the heart and to become more confident in expressing their voices. Through the medium of sound and in the deep silent places, she will guide you to connect with your authentic Self. Claudia has taught meditation for the last 10 years to help others to find peace and joy within. She is the founder of the Wo'Moon Circle of One, where she encourages and supports women to connect and to support each other individually and in a group setting.

DAKINIZ HEALING ESSENCES

One of the profound experiences and beginning of projects 2008 has been the Birthing of the Dakiniz Healing Essences. These are Healing Flower Essences made under the Moon Energies, and hold powerful, yet gentle and nurturing healing vibrations. When the Essences are made, they are blessed with Reiki Energy and gentle drumming and singing. The feedback of the Essences has been beautiful, many have been attracted to the Snow Drop Essence,called TLC, and this lovely, delicate, and strong little flower has been able to heal and shift quite a bit so far.
